We wondered about this hotel and the description on the website. It´s above a bar/restaurant which appeared closed when we were there. The rooms have little soundproofing so you can hear everything. There is no lift and it´s a bit of a climb up to the top floor. It is more like a pension than a hotel. That said, it was clean and the staff were welcoming. The facilities in the room were actually ok for such a small place. It´s about 10 minutes to the city centre.

No lift and noisy and parking isn´t easy.

The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and did everything she could to accomodate us.

I appreciated the fact that the Hotel Manager (Elaine) understood that I had a problem as a result of having lost (or had stolen) my wallet in Paris a few days earlier. We were able to work together to find a solution to the payment of my hotel account. The breakfast was good as was the location near the rail station with easy walking access to all of the Rouen sightseeing icons.

The best was the attention of the owner.

The absence of a lift but The owner helped us with our heavy luggage.

Good location, in from of the train station and near the main street, don't needed to worry about the outside noise the rooms are well isolated.

The hotel was very close to the train station. Although the room was fairly small it was very clean and suited our needs. Staff were helpful.

Like most hotels in Rouen you cannot park in the hotel, but it was very near the main train station and the metro, which is very convenient, plus only 10mins walk into the City centre. The hotel staff were terrific, the room was very comfortable with nice furnishings, very clean and warm. Breakfast was superb! The room was not large, but definitely large enough for a city break, the bed linen was of nice quality and clean towels were put in our room on both days of our stay.

For two people, the size of a double room was a bit of a squeeze.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Right next to the station which was handy and the room was well soundproofed. Five or ten minute walk to the centre of town. No complaints at all.

Excellent. Stayed in Room 6 at the top. Had help with cases. Very clean, large bathroom. Stayed twice. Once on arrival in Rouen, and then 10 days later, on leaving Rouen. Carpark at station only 50 yds away. Walk down to centre of Rouen only 10 minutes. Clock at station rang until 10pm and then silence until 8 am. No problem with any noise. Double glazed windows anyway. Super breakfast. Anita very helpful. Would happily stay here anytime.

Located right in front of the train station and the taxi station, this hotel hotel is very very confortable for business. Eventhough it is on a main road, it is very quiet. Decoration is great !
